So because I can't stand having an empty tank around, and I'd been grieving Pansy's loss for at least a week before she finally expired, and because it was the Labor Day holiday so my parents were both around to go shopping with me...I got a new betta

He did figure out how to nibble a few flakes today at lunchtime, so even though he's a bit timid about it he'll get into the routine soon enough. Food trumps all in a fishie's world, after all. ;)
