We had a great day today with Nan - thanks for all your comments and well-wishes. And this evening, after a very full day, I just want to post this note I got from my dearest cousin in Australia, who is my soul-sister and knew my Grandmother many years ago. It moved me more than I can say

Thank you. We had a fantastic day and to top it all she got a card from Buckingham Palace signed by the Queen. She is one happy little old lady.

My cousin is my soul-sister. We should have BEEN sisters, we are so close and so alike in all we think and do. I love her dearly. We live on opposite sides of the world but thanks to the internet we communicate regularly via e-mail and AIM etc. She is very worth that hug. *hugs you back*
