I was kidding about the Twilight, but I just didn't have the faintest clue. I'm not great with makeup!
If I had been serious, my guess would have come from Old Hollywood or silent films, probably something black and white. I actually think your finished product (especially that color you achieved for the lip) is even classier than the White Queen.
I can totally see that! Old, old Hollywood films were definitely about an emphasized brow and lip and thick, full lashes. I'd like to think that I could probably pull off a 1920s make-up style with a bit more accuracy then this, but yeah, I totally get how you saw that!
I can't wrap my head around what color they actually used on her... It looks redder in some images, and waaay darker in others. I don't know about classy, though... it IS black Halloween lipstick on top of red! XD Thanks, though! <3
Hahaha, you wouldn't have been alone! A few people guessed (joked?) it was Twilight. And honestly, Mary, it was kind of disappointing. I gave it a 2 out of 5. o_o
You should have guessed for the hell of it! Multiple guesses are fine!
I thought I looked like her in the mirror when I did certain expressions/poses, but I couldn't take a SINGLE photo that screamed "ANNE HATHAWAY" to me. :\
