Okay, guys, so I was right, apparently this challenge WAS pretty easy. The answer is...
The White Queen from Disney's new Alice in Wonderland in 3D!

The pale base was made by using the lightest Mary Kay liquid foundation I have (which is SUPER pale ivory). I decided not to go PURE white because Anne's look was a LITTLE more natural than that. Save the full-on 17th century make-up for the RED Queen!
For the eyes, I did something I'm REALLY not used to- I SKIPPED THE EYELINER. I almost added brown eyeliner, just because I can't live without it, but I resisted. Instead, I applied a matte neutral base all over the eye, with a pale taupe in the crease. Then I went in with my angled brush with some light brown shadow and applied that right along the upper and lower lash line. Subtle, but necessary, I felt. Then mascara. Lots of it, since I didn't have eyeliner.
Then I used dark, dark brown on my angled brush and filled in those eyebrows. Still didn't really get them dark enough, though. Guess I should have wet my brush first to get a more dramatic pigment color. I thought about using black, but decided against it in lieu of dark, dark brown just because I thought the black would look harsh and goth.
For the lips, I started with a red lip liner and went right outside my natural lip line to fake the fullness of Anne Hathaway's lips. I never recommend going beyond RIGHT outside the natural lip line, or else you start looking really silly. Or, not gonna lie, kinda trashy. For my lipstick, I used this gorgeous dark red color that I've had for years. The key is the satin finish (which is shinier than matte, but not as shiny as a frost or glaze). At first I thought her lips might be matte, but more research proved they do indeed have a satin finish. However, Mirana's lips are much darker than my favorite red, so on top of that, I put a layer of cheap, Halloween black lipstick I bought for a dollar at Walmart the day after Halloween. :D
For anyone who still can't see it, have this creepy shoop where I went in and made my hair look like a cheesy, fake platinum. XD

Way to go, guys! A few people guessed Twilight (which I can definitely see- Rosalie, at least), and some got as far as "Tim Burton" but couldn't quite tell what exactly, so I guess that's pretty neat that even the style was recognizable if you couldn't tell the character! :D
Will try to post my second one tonight. Should be REALLY, really easy if I do the costume prop, or impossible if I don't, so I'm going with the prop!
