So, it's august 1....can anyone believe that? This evening we got called for a coyote rescue...We brought the poor guy in, and he was on the path to death. Covered in mange, and with all of his bones jutting out sharply from his hips and shoulders. We put him on a LRS drip, I supported his body, and pinched the forearm to get a vein popped up for the IV and tried to keep him warm with hotty ( Read more... )

I am so super hyped for this friday. Instead of going home straight away I am heading out to Long Point Bird Observatory and doing some shore bird/migratory bird watching!!
