This is Grand Lake where he was a ranger and painted a number of pieces including the well-known 'Jack Pine'. I associate Canoe Lake with Mr. T more than this one. Glad you like the pic. :)

This is one of Algonquin's many moods. A bit overcast that day but still rather warm. It can be chilly and fierce when the winds whip through the tall pines. It's sunsets are rather pitturesque. :)
