First of all it is 11th November and it is particularly poignant this year, not just because of Lockdown, but because I've been sorting through the documents relating to my dad's older brother who was killed in World War II. Would I take a million dollars to leave the US and never come back? Hell yes. I think things are going to get a lot worse in a few years since we've a huge white supremacist problem.
Anyway, the weather has just now taken a turn for rain but it's been lovely the last few days. I'm still recovering from my fall into the river (the bruise is huge and dark purple) and I'm limping a bit but it's getting better.

At the moment I would put absolutely nothing past Trump. Selling state secrets would seem an almost normal act for someone like him with no shame. Each time you think he can't sink any lower, he does!

Definitely would take a million to leave the US. Would take even less.
We just watched Uncut Gems as part of an Adam Sandler fest and I didn't hate it as much as you, but it wasn't as great as a lot of people said and I do think unpleasant is a good way to describe it. Would definitely choose mind over body.

I can't work out why people are humouring Trump unless they think he has something on them. It all seems completely bizarre.

I usually get my Christmas puddings at the Islington Christmas fair so I’ll have to see if I can find the ones we like online. I’m sure they will be somewhere!

I actually make a rather good Christmas pudding myself but obviously I'm not doing so this year as we seem to be in danger of building a Christmas pudding mountain!
