Saturday Becky and I spent the whole day together, and it was lovely. I miss long, quiet conversations. One on one with a friend. All the time in the world to express, to expose. "Conversations" have become so hurried. Short, filled with vague information and interruptions. Passing no further into the realm of friendship desired, but on it goes, a never ending cycle of useless facts and opinions ( Read more... )

My Uncle Ben painted a picture of Mt. Rainier in the snow. Its beautiful. Today I found it in the car ready to be taken to the good will cause no one seemed to want it. Now its hanging on my wall...its perfect, exactly the type of thing I've been wanting.
