aaahaha enjoy lectures (and three hour lunch breaks) while you got em... just wait until the days of the 8am ward round. in a hospital 40 minutes away. and it's raining.
(i swear i'm not grumpy in the slightest.)
fresher's week itself is ok but i wouldn't worry about missing out too much in the daytimes - it's mostly soc advertising and frankly rubbish freebies. i've a free wooden spoon for every year i've been at uni! the real fun is at night time and i promise you CAN go out and then go to lectures in the morning :)

Haha, that sounds fun- I think I have 5 semesters before we properly start ward rounds!
That's good- I was just thinking, we will be going out later too! All this week our Medic socials have started at like 7pm- so I should have plenty of time during the day if we havework to do in the first week :)

I really should not be complaining at the moment, haha, I started this year on GP, replete with cushy timetable and coffee breaks! It's ace! Back to the wards in a couple of weeks ;)
