Ran two laps around the lower loop, just 3.43mi in 37 mins, i.e. a reasonable pace. The ankle felt fine for the first lap and a little twinge-y on the second. Iced it during breakfast, just finished with the rubbing alcohol, but it seems kinda grumpy. Grr. I guess I won't be doing my long run tmw :( Apparently my ankles like 4.5" heels - I

Honey, my entire being much prefers 4.5" heels to running. I know exactly where you're coming from. Good luck with the ankle healing!
