Heeee. We've been Tivoing a bunch of HGTV. Like an episode of Property Virgins featuring a couple about our age who were stuck on buying a house in the most expensive neighborhood in Denver and who almost put TWENTY PERCENT DOWN. Who on EARTH has that kind of money? (They ended up putting 10% down on a $575K house, which gave them a monthly payment of $3K. THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS. A MONTH. WTF.)

Good luck with the offer on the house! Buying a house is possibly the most scary thing I have ever done. Seriously, planning our wedding has been a walk in the park compared to dealing with real estate agents and mortgage brokers and all the paperwork.

But in the end you get your very own place that you can do whatever you want to, so it's totally worthwhile.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!
