Dude, that's awesome about putting an offer in on a house! It's probably one of the most nerve-wracking things you can do in your life, but it's totally worth it.

I am very envious of your kitchen appliances (mine are old and don't match), and I LOVE that tree in the front yard!

It is awesome! And right now I'm not so much nervous as ANTSY. We decided we wanted to do this on Sunday and so we've had to be patient this week, which I am terrible at.

I love the tree, too, though I'm kind of dreading the raking that will inevitably follow.
