OH GOD, SOMEONE KILL ME
It's sooo slow. I'm ready to start emailing myself questions so I can answer them.
Tonight should be an interesting night indeed. And that, dear reader, is all I'm going to say about that. :)
I started giggling at work today. We have a new chat thingie on the website where customers can IM us to get answers to their questions. Well, we figured out that we can invite anyone who is currently browsing the site to come talk to us. But what actually happens when we invite them is freaking hysterical. A little pop-up with a lady's disembodied head floats onto the screen and says something to the effect of "Would you like to chat with us?", and then, even if you click close, it follows you around from page to page. So now whenever we get someone who hangs up without talking to us, we joke about "sending them the head". It's probably not nearly as funny without seeing it, but I laughed until I cried today when Jen threatened to send someone the head. It's really creepy, I should know, Bill sent me the head once.
And now I'm cracking up again.
Edit 6:02pm: BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA, I just sent my friend Shani the head. She said it looked like a creepy phone sex operator.
Edit 2/9/06 11:27am: God, all of you people want the head! OK, the problem is that I am not sure if I will be able to distinguish you from the other 90 people browsing the site at any given time. Therefore, I will give SEKRIT instructions on how to get the head in a seperate post (since I don't really want to broadcast where I work).
