Because on Feb. 25th, I'm going to be in NYC watching Eric Clapton perform live. If you don't already know, he's my favorite performer alive. I just can't freaking wait. This will be the 3rd time I've seen him in concert, not counting seeing him completely by accident once, performing live in Central Park. He's the best live performer I've seen. ( Read more... )

When people assume that because we're unhappy with the direction of the show recently that's it's automatically because we're angry about the ship. The show is written by people and those people can write some pretty bad shit. Why is this so hard to accept? What were we thinking??

So about 2 weeks ago we took our dog, Jake, a purebred German Shepard, to the vet because he had these bumps on his back. We thought it may be boils or something. Turns out he has Hodgkin's lymphoma. He's only 4 years old and he's just this amazingly smart, really loyal dog. I can't say I've ever been closer to one of my animals. Over the past 2 ( Read more... )
