I was meeting my sister at the Nephrologist.  We got as far as the lobby and I was ahead of her and realized I needed to bring her closer to the elevator.  I turned and tripped over a threshold that was coming up off the floor (and not lifting my foot high enough) and did a complete faceplant on the floor.  Liz helped me up as much as she could.  I ( Read more... )

Yesterday morning I went to work and by 9:30 I was heading home.  I had a stomach bug.  I am not sure exactly what caused it but you know how sometimes we wonder what may be causing it.  I figured it was the buttered noodles I had a lot of.

First off an update on the trustee.  We heard from the new trustee a couple of weeks ago.  We all approved him to be temporary Trustee with the possible outcome to dissolve the trust because I can handle my own affairs.  We haven’t heard from him.  I am not sure how I feel about this.  He is submitting an application for temp trustee.. Last weekend I had my sleep study and apparently I slept a good period of time and did some dreaming.  The mask they chose pinched a little and at times made me claustrophobic.  I was out of there by 6 and home a short time later.  I have a follow up with Dr. Mike on the 26th.

It seems lately I haven’t been feeling great. Between the sniffling, sneezing and dry coughs. I had some gastro pains (definitely food related) and my hands cramped up on me a few times at work. It did take me awhile to get to sleep last night. I tossed and turned a little and then went out to the living room and tried to sleep on the sofa while watching the NCIS marathon. Even though I am making progress with the mail I am still behind. I am also trying to keep up with the claim forms but the printers have not been working since the upgrade. It is Wednesday just before 7 am and the temperatures are much warmer than yesterday (Its 22 degrees and will be getting into the 40’s) which could be considered a heatwave.

Got to work and found out there was a major network upgrade going for the building. It is not affecting remote work but for those who work in the office and the equipment and internet it does.  I have plenty of work for myself.
