LOL, I saw that guy on the Today Show. He has the music set to a FM Station, so the neighbors don't have to hear it unless someone in the car has it turned up. And he only has the lights on from 6-10 pm.
But yeah, it would still drive me insane if he was my neighbor!

Exactly...lol It's the lights flashing like that even for just 4 hours a night that would make me want to strangle him...lmao
