Yikes I haven't updated in two weeks! Work is hell right now, and the various demands of life are taking away any free time I might once have had....
In no particular order:
-Just found out Emma's dry food
has been recalled. I think I'm finally switching her from Nutro to a better (aka more expensive) brand. I just hope she's ok

After the last recall I got scared and did a bunch of research on cat nutrition and the safety of commercial cat food. This is THE BEST dry food you can get. It is the closest thing to what a cat would eat in the wild. Real whole meat, no grains or fillers. It runs about $16 dollars and one bag usually lasts Lucille 4-6 weeks. You can only buy it at Virgils Hardware Store in Glendale or at Pet Haven in Burbank.

Virgil's is awesome - they're right down the street from me, and they're always super knowledgeable. That said, their non-hardware stuff can be way overpriced, but sometimes it's worth it to have staff give you advice you can trust. I'm totally not bitter against home depot at all ;)
