The other night I managed to grab Ken's Acoustic mix and Ive realized how much more music I need. Unfortunetly I have less than 1 GB of space left on my computer TOTAL! I so need a new computer... I think I shall allow myself to purchase one but not until some time in the future when I find myself using it a lot more than I do now. I am also

And you could always buy a hard drive and a usb enclosure for your music. I have one that I use.

I click on the C Drive and go into properties and it tells me my total size is like 37 GB and that the amount of free space I have is less than 1 GB. Its a very old computer. Charles suggested an external hardrive which I might do since it could probably more easily migrate to some kind of new future computer :)

Can I inquire as to the lowering of cholesterol diet as I too need one and cannot seem to figure out how to go about it. (Also, vegan cheese seems to take care of cheese cravings as it has only .5g of sat. fats.)

Pretty much take everything you love and dont eat it. Really its been not eating red meats, cheese or much dairy and then not eating anything that has much saturated fat as listed in the nutritional facts. Ive eated a lot of chicken lately and cut out cheese. Even if I get a taco its a chicken taco with no cheese ... sigh.. Charles just looked this stuff up online but I do know that the south beach diet was specifically created to lower cholesterol and since people lost weight too the guy decided to market it. When I suggested trying that diet my doctor said "Im very pleased you said South Beach and not Atkins." Im sure because the latter is horrible for you and raises cholesterol. :P

There was something that made me irritable when I looked at South Beach, but I may need to look at it again. I borrowed the cookbook from the library a few days ago.
Being lactose intolerant, no worry on eating real dairy, I stopped eating red meat years ago, and switch over to 100% whole grain 3 years ago. So my doctor and I are stumped.

Well its possible you dont have a lot of the bad cholesterol but lots of the good kind. I know the good kind is in Avacados.. otherwise im stumped too. It sounds like you eat healthier than I do :P

The world is a better place because of Bare Naked ladies music. I think I have all of their cd's now. They are awesome. I thought of you the other night when I was flipping channels because I saw the woman who plays Dorothy on Golden Girls and she was on an OPB special singing opera. Now that you have all the Golden Girls on DVD you should check and see if they make "The Nanny." :)

They do have the nanny on dvd now (at least the first season) but I though I might wait on that just for money sake :P The women who plays Dorthy on Golden Girls is actually an award winning broadway star. She did most of that tho before Golden Girls :D
