Last week I ran a 10 minute mile and then Saturday I ran a 10.67 min mile followed by a two minute walking break and running another mile but this time it took me 13.5 minutes. So yesterday I ran a 9.78 minute mile and then walked another half mile before doing cartwheels and hand stands. Im just really glad Im getting consistently around a 10
