Oh, dude, if I could imprint my Slade meta I wouldn't bother with them, I'd go up to DC and get through their heads Who Slade Is and Who He Isn't.

Mmmmmm, Deathstroke. There are no *words* for how much I adore issues 22 and 23. SO MUCH LOVE.

The classic blue-and-orange scaled look. I'm not fond of his original blacked-out mask, the hula boots look Really Dumb. And I don't much like his techy blue suit, either.

*ahahahahahaha* I *promise* I'm not just a fanbrat!

And, like, I don't mind people discussing Slade's characterization with me. Really, I don't. Maybe I'll learn a new way of looking at him, or they'll say something in a way I haven't figured out how to word.

But I have more of Slade's canon than most people, and so if somebody tells me I'm wrong I'm going to have a pretty easy time backing up my position.
