I am intrigued by this proposition of yours, madam. Other than the time limit rule, do we get to set any other guidelines? Like, here's a prompt, must include these things? This word war can be optimized for maximum awesomeage.

Also, damn you, NaNoWriMo! Last year was my first year doing it, and that was THE MOST emotionally draining, physically draining thing I've EVER done. Of course, the subject matter and personal investment didn't help, but that's not the point.

Sure, you can include prompts if your writing partner is into that; however, that sounds more like a challenge. But you can use this however you want. The word war is a perfect tool for both motivation and word dump. :D
