*procrastinates*

So hey, I should be packing, but instead I'm eating a cherry yoghurt and listening to Planet Rock. Procrastination ftw!

Things:

- Got all 26 project proposal feedbacks written and emailed off in time.

- Went to see the new Harry Potter movie with trialia. It was epic and my they all grew up pretty. That's the extent of my intellectual commentary.

- Ex- ( Read more... )

Lol relevant icon is relevant.

But nah, I've just spent most of the week doing them so that I could get them sent off by Friday's deadline.

Strictly Come Dancing finale tonight!!! Only one person on my flist shares my enthusiasm about this but yayyyyyyyyy!!!

I share that enthusiasm. Admittedly probably not for the same reasons ('hurrah! it's over! no more random inspiration for SCD fic!') but still... :D

Also, 11 months out of 12 is good going for completed fic. Well done you :)

;_____; you wound me, you really do. You just haven't realised the beauty of Craig and Bruno's epic romance yet. Admittedly, it's mostly happening in our heads but whatever...

A few months had more than one fic posted during them, so that was awesome. Overall, I definitely wrote and posted more fic this year than last. Yearly fic/poetry review coming in January as is traditional around here :D

Small details which do not concern you? I saw the beauty in blowjobs up against walls...

Productivity is a winner. I spent the first seven months or so of this year writing bugger all, so everything I got about the back end of the year feels all good to me.

Oh, now you are asking:

Kara - mainly because Artem gave us that rehearsal with Mr Jordan and the Rumba and she's good
or Pamela - just because she's good and it would be a win against the whole: young and pretty winner - she's similar age to Felicity and Ann - and so much better
Matt's my type but I just can't bring up a lot of enthusiasm for him

I go with one of the girls

I have to say I pretty much agree with you. I do like Matt and think he's cute and a good dancer - just not as good as either Pamela or Kara. I think it will come down to between the two of them.

26 project proposals omg I don't know where you find the time.

Love the first line/paragraph meme - I didn't know you'd written Beyoncé/Lady Gaga! *scurries off to read* *or rather, bookmark, because there's an appointment in precisely thirty minutes and I haven't showered yet*

...by taking time away from things like, oh, thesis work ;___; My marking load for Christmas is ridiculous. That's all I'm going to be doing next week. Mum may have to physically pull me away from the laptop...

Hah, yeah that one was a random inspiration. It's only very short piece and I didn't exactly pimp it anywhere. Hope you enjoy it though.

Showering is good... I tend to find that appointments go much better when you smell nice :D

Oh I love the idea of posting the first line etc of your monthly fics.

Have you packed yet? Or are you still procrastinating?

With Strictly I would like it to be the girls in the final 2. Can't wait to see more Bruno/Craig. Laughs.

It was a very pleasant way to procrastinate yes. Plus it's interesting to see how I begin stories. Apart for the AAA and the Ianto/Jack one, I appear to like the drop the reader right into a scene where something is happening.

I've... piled most of the things I need to take on top of my bed. That counts as packing, right? Um.

Wheeeeeeee. I aim to have packing, tidying and dinner done in time for our Strictly date.
