From the Soul to the Song
Verse Twenty

"This is your last chance to prove that you have learned anything here," Chanita told them curtly. Leeteuk nodded his understanding. "Alright then."

Chanita headed off the field and paused beside Yunho, "Don't hold back," she told him. "They are ready." She waited for his nod before continuing off the field.

"You may begin."

The moment the words left her mouth, most of DBSK and SS501 sprang into action. They were halfway across the field when Donghae smirked and the entire field was filled with a thick fog.

"Jungmin!" Yunho called.

"I'm on it!" his voice answered through the thickness. A moment later a strong breeze rolled in pushing the fog out and away.

Yunho saw all of his own members either standing or hovering above the ground however he didn't see a single member of super junior anywhere. "You won't be able to hide for long!" he called, signaling his team to spread out and let the search begin.

Leeteuk watched Yesung carefully as the man stood with his hands outstretched, palms turned upwards, and eyes closed. Zhou mi and Ryeowook stood on either side of him providing him power. He was not only currently maintaining one Weaving but he was also creating thirteen others.

Kangin stood just off to the side with Leeteuk. He concentrated a moment more before there was a nod of his head and he dropped his hands. Yesung caught Leeteuk's eye a moment later and nodded his head. Everything was set to go. Leeteuk made sure every member was watching as he lifted his hand and began putting down fingers. Five. Four. Three. Two. One.

It was the sound of a violin that alerted Yunho first. He spun just in time to catch Hankyung's blade with his crossed wrists. Siwon swung at his unprotected side, but Changmin was there to turn his blade away. He had no idea how, but it seemed that the members of Super Junior were attacking them from behind.

Around the field the members of the different elements were matching up with one another. It was a strategy that worked well for Yunho's team. They were the more experienced users in their element and they knew the fighting styles of the people they had trained.

Jungmin lunged in close to Kyuhyun, causing him to be unable to throw his chakram and therefore leaving him unable to use them to their full potential. While he was keeping Kyuhyun busy blocking the swings of his blade, he shot blasts of air at both Sungmin and Shindong keeping them constantly on the defensive. When he was sure he could keep their attention on him, he nodded to Hyungjoon.

Grinning Hyungjoon flew as quick as he could to Henry. As he approached from above, he smirked, Henry would never see him coming. Just a few feet above the youngest man’s head, Hyungjoon flew straight into something solid and crumpled on top of it. Groaning he rolled over onto his back only to see a gleaming katana blade pointed at his throat.

“No one will ever touch him again,” Yesung said fiercely. “Do you yield?”

Hyungjoon lifted his hands and coughed. “Yeah,” he said weakly as his breath returned. “I’m out.”

Yesung nodded curtly and held his katana to the side as he ran along what appeared to be a very large invisible dome that Kangin had created to protect the youngest member of their team. He gracefully leapt to the ground, bending his legs to absorb his impact. Once he landed, he took off at a run towards the rest of his team.

Ryeowook had both of his blades drawn and was spinning and using both of them to fend off Yoochun. Zhou mi was using his blade against Junsu and faring much worse than normal.

“What happened to all of your skill?” Junsu asked as he lunged in and Zhou mi barely managed to block the attack. Quickly Junsu flicked his sword to the side, catching Zhou mi’s blade and knocking it from his hand. The other man smiled and brought down his sword to deliver the final blow. He was surprised when it hit the solid metal of another sword.

Yesung kicked out, causing Junsu to leap backwards to avoid his leg and therefore pulling his sword away. “Sorry I’m late. It held,” Yesung told Zhou mi. The man nodded before climbing back to his feet and grabbing his blade once more.

Yesung inclined his head in question to Ryeowook. When he pulled back from Yoochun latest attack, their eyes locked and Ryeowook nodded.

Yesung grinned and dispelled the thirteen Weavings he had been holding.

Yunho wasn’t surprised that yet again, he and Changmin were holding their own against the other fire trio. He was rather impressed that Heechul hadn’t been spreading fire everywhere like a manic. Instead he had been relying only on huge scythe that he was swinging wildly. Surprisingly Heechul wasn’t rising to any of the taunts he was throwing at him either.

“You haven’t hit a single thing with that and you never will,” he taunted as he ducked underneath the blade again. Changmin had both of the man’s Singers busy enough that he had nothing to worry about from them.

Instead of the anger he had expected and hoped to see on Heechul’s face he simply saw concentration and calm that puzzled him. Heechul leapt backwards and a familiar smirk settled onto his face. Then his form blurred and vanished.

In his place stood Kyuhyun, who was wearing the same exact smirk the image of Heechul had been a moment ago. “You’re right Yunho, I won’t hit a thing, and I won’t need to.”

Yunho glanced sideways in time to see the forms of Siwon and Hankyung flicker and be replaced by Shindong and Sungmin. It took a second more for the swords to dissolve and their typical weapons to appear. Both men sprang into action almost before their weapons had solidified. Sungmin snapped his fans open with a flick of his wrist and lunged towards Changmin while Shindong spun and raced towards Yunho.

Yunho smiled and flicked his arm, calling to his element. His arm passed harmlessly through the air creating none of the flame that he had intended to. He didn’t get a second chance because a second later, Shindong had the sharp blades on his elbow guards pressed lightly to Yunho’s neck.

Sungmin expertly maneuver his fans so that both of Changmin’s sais stabbed through between two of the blades of his fans. A shift of his fingers had both fans closed and a twist of his wrists tore the sais straight from Changmin’s fingers. He snapped his fans open again while flicking them, allowing the stolen weapons to fall to the ground. The entire process was so lightening quick, that when Sungmin pressed the blade of his fan lightly to Changmin’s neck, all the man could do was blink.

“How? You shouldn’t be able to block my Weaving,” Yunho asked confused.

“I didn’t,” Kyuhyun agreed. “I just didn’t give you any gases to burn.”

“How did you guys get over here so fast,” Changmin asked.

Sungmin smirked. “Oh didn’t we tell you? Yesung can spin illusions.”

~♪~♪♫♪~♪~

It wasn’t just the fire team who was taken out so neatly and efficiently. Nearly simultaneously across the field DBSK and SS501 members were over powered.

Jungmin, who thought he was fighting the other wind team, was surprised to find that he was fighting the other water team. Donghae had immediately attempted to rain hail, pulled from the air itself, onto the other man’s head. He had deflected it with a blast of air, but the diversion of attention was all they needed, for in the next second he found two daggers from different men placed to either side of his neck.

“Got ya,” Eunhyuk said with a smirk.

Across the field, Junsu, who should have been the one expecting this sort of move, was possibly the most surprised when Zhou mi and Ryeowook shimmered and disappeared leaving Kangin and Leeteuk in their places. He stared at Yesung as if he expected him to disappear as well and the man simply laughed and disarmed the other Spinner with a few flicks of his wrist.

Now that he had his proper blades, Leeteuk easily caught Yoochun’s blade and locked it in place leaving him utterly defenseless to Kangin’s metal clad fist that came towards his side. Kangin pulled his punch at the last second so that he only tapped the man’s body lightly.

“That was a kidney shot. You are at least crippled and well on your way to dying,” Kangin declared. Yoochun nodded and swallowed thickly as both he and Junsu surrendered.

Kyujong and Youngsaeng were both equally surprised to find themselves facing Ryeowook and Zhou mi instead of Kangin and Leeteuk. Youngsaeng quickly found that his knife was no match for Zhou mi’s superior sword skills. Kyujong had no idea if he would be able to stop the arrow that Ryeowook had pointed at his throat from a few feet away, with only his daggers. He promptly decided that he did not want to find out and his daggers clattered to the ground.

Heechul had been the happiest when the illusion had fallen. He had immediately sent a wall of flame towards Hyunjoong and Jaejoong, which had been expertly thwarted by a wall of water. They had been expecting this, and Hankyung and Siwon immediately dove through the resulting steam. The other men’s guns were no match to flame heated steal and the swords slid through the guns as though they were butter.

When the steam cleared Hankyung had his sword pointed at Hyunjoong’s neck while Siwon had his at Jaejoong’s. Both men had their hands at their waist on a belt full of pockets. Hyunjoong glanced around the field with just his eyes and saw that every other member of their groups had been beaten. He was certain he could take out the men in front of him, but more than likely he would never be able to get the rest of Super Junior and there was really no reason for him to try. He lifted his hands in surrender.

“I don’t believe it,” Chanita mumbled. “No one has ever won that fast or done anything like that.”

‘They are creative,’ Avanipala said with a chuckle. ’We will give them that.’

’That they are, and that alone will give them a chance,’ Irirangi agreed.

“Will you see them?” Chanita asked.

’We cannot. There is something coming that they must face alone. We cannot help them in this,’ Zepherin said gravely.

’Be sure to tell the brats that they did well but not to let it go to their heads,’ Endellion instructed with a flick of his tail.

’And that we will come play soon!’ Kanja added.

Chanita laughed. “I will.”

’We must go,’ Avanipala said gently. Chanita nodded and second later they were gone.

~♪~♪♫♪~♪~

“Well done,” she told the grinning men as she walked onto the field. Both groups were talking excitedly about what had occurred on the field. DBSK and SS501 seemed less upset that they had lost and more than a little curious on what had been done to beat them.

“I am curious though. How did you manage to teleport from one side of the field to the other? I was not aware that was one of your abilities,” Chanita asked.

“We didn’t. Not really. I’m not real clear on it but Yesung did it,” Sungmin said excitedly.

“I simply used my ability to open portals from this world to the next,” Yesung said with a shrug.

“But that couldn’t have worked. The moment you step back onto Earth, even if it is only for a second, time will have advanced a great deal when you return to Sanctuary,” she replied puzzled.

“Not if you drop through into Earth and simultaneously back into Sanctuary. I simply opened a double portal, layered like this,” Yesung stacked one hand on top of the other to illustrate his point. “We dropped through the first and instantly began dropping through the second; we never had time to truly be on Earth so time didn’t shift at all when we got back. The moment we reappeared I threw up an illusion to keep us hidden.”

“Then I set up the strongest shield I could around Henry to keep him safe,” Kangin said proudly.

“And Yesung set up more illusions that hid who we really were,” Donghae continued excitedly.

“The rest was strategy and knowing how to win,” Kyuhyun said as if he was bored but he was smiling.

“Well,” Chanita crossed her arms. “Well done. Just don’t expect those tricks to work all the time.”

“We won’t,” Leeteuk replied seriously.

“Uh guys!” Henry’s voice carried across the field. Several members turned to look at him. He lifted his fist and knocked on the shell of the shield protecting him. “Could I get out now?”

Kangin looked guilty for a moment. “Uh whoops. Just a second.” He closed his eyes and felt for his Weaving. After a second he found it and gently unraveled it.

Henry sighed and stepped forward. “Thanks.”

“No problem,” Kangin said as he opened his eyes. “At least it worked right?” he said with a laugh. Moments later the rest of the men joined him.

~♪~♪♫♪~♪~

A dinner of celebration was hosted at the Super Junior dorm that night. All of the men gathered and ate a collection of food cooked for them by several of the members. During dinner, Yunho pulled out several bottles of alcohol that he had smuggled from the festival a few days ago and nearly every man gathered join in drinking with him.

Both Vidyagauri and Chanita stopped by to offer their congratulations, as did Sangita. None of the three stayed for more than a few minutes, just long enough to show how proud they were of the newest additions to Sanctuary. Vidyagauri left them with an extra bottle of wine and the promise that there would be another festival in honor of their achievement soon.

It had taken the better part of the night, before people had slowly started to trickle out the door. Yunho had been the last to leave and Leeteuk had seen him out with a smile. The leader of Super Junior leaned against the doorway watching the man walk down the path with a globe of fire held high. Leeteuk smiled softly as an arm snaked around his waist and a strong body pressed up against his back.

“I thought they would never leave,” Kangin’s voice was low by his ear.

“They were sharing in our victory. This was a big step for us today,” Leeteuk replied. He let his body relax into the man behind him.

Kangin chuckled. He placed a kiss on Leeteuk’s neck and then rested his chin on the man’s shoulder. “I think we should have a private celebration.”

Leeteuk laughed. “Is this going to become a regular thing between us? You being horny all the time?” He turned so that he was facing the man instead of the outside, and met Kangin’s grin with his own.

“I am a functioning young man,” Kangin said proudly. “And you offered.”

“How exactly did I do that?”

“You’re wearing this shirt,” Kangin tugged on the fabric lightly. “It exposes your neck and most of your shoulders. You know how I feel about that.”

“I do? I think I may have forgotten,” Leeteuk smirked.

Kangin laughed and pulled the man tighter against his body. “Then I’ll just have to remind you,” he growled before he attached his mouth to the mentioned skin.

“Appa and Umma are at it again,” Sungmin said with a groan, as he sunk onto the couch beside Kyuhyun. Wordlessly Kyuhyun handed him a controller which the older man accepted.

“Hey,” Shindong greeted them as he settled onto the floor. “Can’t sleep?”

“No, I refuse to go down that hall at the moment,” Kyuhyun responded tersely.

“Why?” Shindong asked confused.

“Our water trio was groping each other at the table before they made their way to Donghae’s room. My room is beside his. I refuse to go there anytime soon,” Kyuhyun told him while smashing down the buttons on his controller.

Shindong made a face. “That is a good point. Leeteuk’s room is right by mine. Maybe I won’t go to bed for a while yet either.” They heard Leeteuk’s distinctive laugh echo down the hall and all three men cringed.

“Our group is so gross these days,” Sungmin said with a sigh.

“Well at least no one can question our member love,” Shindong replied. Sungmin groaned at the bad joke, and Kyuhyun threw a pillow at Shindong’s head.

Heechul sighed and his eyes fluttered open. It took his sleep muddled brain a few moments to register what had stirred him from peaceful bliss. The brush of lips against his neck finally registered and he groaned.

“Again?” Heechul said tiredly as he pushed Hankyung’s head away. “We’ve already done it twice tonight. How do you even have any more energy?”

Hankyung chuckled darkly and moved his head back to Heechul’s neck. His hand slid down the other man’s stomach. “I have plenty of energy. You’re body with mine is like a drug,” he said lazily.

“Well some of us-” Heechul groaned in a slur of tired pleasure as Hankyung’s lips and fingers sought out his sensitive spots. “Fine,” he said as he let his arms fall to the bed in surrender. “We’ll go once more, but then we sleep.”

“Oh don’t worry you will sleep just fine,” Hankyung replied with a chuckle.

Heechul smirked. “And I’m not doing any of the work. I’m just going to lay here.”

Hankyung laughed. “Oh I think I can handle this.” His words were met with a content sigh from Heechul as the other man gave in and relaxed his body into the exploring touches.

He was no stranger to the feel of searching fingers, even if they had been a little rough lately. It didn’t matter to him. He liked just about any sort of touch as long as it came from the man above him. Heechul’s eyes sagged closed as he enjoyed a feeling much like being petted.

A second later his eyes snapped back open as he felt cool metal drift teasingly against his stomach. “What are you doing?” he hissed.

Hankyung smirked and lifted a small black dagger in his right hand. He twirled it playfully. “Don’t pretend this doesn’t turn you on? You like things rough.”

Heechul narrowed his eyes. “The pinning and the biting and even the leaving bruises to an extent is hot, but I draw the line when there is going to be things like blood coming into play. No Hankyung. Put it away.”

The man on top of him sat up for a minute and stared at the dagger as if pondering. “But I just wanted to try something new,” he said, disappointed.

“No. Someone could get hurt,” Heechul said

“Yes, there is that,” Hankyung said slowly. Then he smirked, “but I’m alright with that.”

Without warning he flipped the dagger in his hand and swung his arm straight down, aiming the razor sharp point at Heechul’s chest. Heechul’s eyes widened in shock and he reacted on pure instinct. From the small chain around his ankle he pulled in stored power and used it to throw up a shield just in time. The dagger struck the shield and stopped dead.

Hankyung pouted, “And I thought I got all of those too.” Without lifting the dagger from the shield he turned and grabbed the chain with his free hand. A sharp jerk broke it free from Heechul and he threw the piece to the floor. “There. Let’s see how well you can hold that without feeding it anymore power,” he said lifting the dagger before slamming it back into the shield.

Heechul gasped and did his best to hold his Weaving steady. Since Hankyung was sitting on his hips, he had no chance of getting away and knew without extra power, his shield would never hold. He couldn’t reach Hankyung’s, he had instinctively tried when the man had first attacked and had felt as though he had run into a solid wall. Conscious thought switched off and he switched over to pure survival instincts. They told him that he had no chance to survive this on his own. He needed help.

When Hankyung lifted the dagger once more, Heechul unraveled his Weaving, pulling the power back into himself. He formed it into a cry for help and sent it outward in hopes that someone, anyone, would hear. This time when the dagger came down it sank into flesh and he cried out.

Hankyung sighed. “Well you didn’t have to mutilate your arm. I only wanted to stab your heart.” He ripped the dagger free from Heechul’s forearm that had rise in defense at the last possible second. Heechul cried out in pain and clutched his arm that immediately began bleeding the moment the dagger was pulled free.

Smiling, Hankyung flipped the dagger in his hand playfully. “Poor thing. You don’t even know what to do, do you? You’re so confused. What, did you think I loved you?” Heechul offered no answer. “Silly man,” He leaned down and whispered his next words into Heechul’s ear, “Who could ever love someone like you?”

“Hey Heechul,” came Siwon’s groggy voice from the doorway. “Is everything,” he bit off his words as his brain finally registered the blood and the knife in Hankyung’s hands. Heechul’s wide frightened eyes were enough to send him into action. He sprang forward tackling Hankyung off the bed and onto the floor. “Hankyung!” he called sharply, trying to wrestle the dagger from the man’s hands.

Hankyung fought back and held a clear advantage. He didn’t care if he hurt Siwon while Siwon clearly did care about hurting him. Heechul scrambled forward on the bed and managed to touch Siwon’s bare skin with a fingertip. It was enough that Siwon’s Song filled him with power, and he scrambled back off the other side of the bed. Heechul took a sheet with him and wrapped it around himself as he pressed against one wall. He couldn’t see what was happening on the ground but he could hear the sounds of fighting and the occasional pain filled cry from Siwon.

“Heechul!” Ryeowook’s voice cut through his haze of fear and confusion. Heechul’s eyes focused on him desperately.

“I didn’t. I don’t. What?” Heechul mumbled incoherently.

“His Song is warped. It isn’t his anymore,” Yesung replied in a flat cold voice, from beside Ryeowook. He didn’t say another word before he took a few steps forward and leapt over the bed to join the tussle for the knife and to restrain the other man. Ryeowook said nothing further as he stepped closer to help Heechul keep pressure on his still bleeding wound.

Suddenly there was a sharp cry from two of the men on the floor. Yesung followed closely by Siwon, were thrown against the back wall and held, suspended above the ground. Hankyung rose to his feet and cracked his neck from side to side. “Well feisty things aren’t you. Tell me. Do you know what happens when a Weaver dies by the hands of his Singer? You don’t? Well let me clue you in. That Singer, their Song becomes so twisted that nothing can stand to be around it. Sounds fantastic don’t you think? Of course this is all just a theory. A Singer has never killed his Weaver, but I think we should try this. Don’t you?”

Ryeowook narrowed his eyes and stepped in front of Heechul. “You won’t touch him.”

Hankyung laughed. “Oh please,” he lazily flicked a finger at Ryeowook and he flew through the air. Ryeowook hit the wall with a pain filled cry and stayed there suspended in the air. Heechul’s eyes widened as he pressed more firmly against the wall.

“Now, I think maybe I’ll just cut you up a bit first. That might make things a bit better. Well I know I would feel better,” Hankyung said with a laugh.

“Hankyung,” Heechul breathed quietly.

“Yes baby?” he replied with a laugh. “Don’t worry, I’ll make it feel good. Well at least for me.” He closed the distance between them and touched the flat of the blade to Heechul’s cheek. “I know you can scream real prettily. Why don’t you let me hear it?”

Heechul took a deep breath and his eyes changed from fear filled, to ones of surrender. “My life is yours,” he whispered softly.

“Aw isn’t that cute?” Hankyung laughed.

Heechul’s eyes flashed with hidden fire and he locked eyes with the man in front of him. “No matter what you do, I will always love you Hankyung.”

Hankyung paused for a moment, but that moment was all anyone needed. A sudden blast of powerful air knocked, Hankyung backwards and through the window. Heechul turned his head sideways to see Kyuhyun with his arms outstretched, his faced twisted in concentration. Yesung, Ryeowook, and Siwon all dropped to the floor as if something had suddenly let go.

Kangin rushed into the room closely followed by Leeteuk. He immediately rushed to Heechul and set to work on healing the deep wound on his arm. Heechul watched in fascination as his flesh slowly knit itself back together but his mind wasn’t really on the task at hand.

“Guys,” Kyuhyun’s voice was strained. “I have him in the air outside but I can’t hold him forever.”

“That isn’t Hankyung,” Yesung said slowly. “His Song is warped.”

“No,” Heechul said viciously. He jerked his arm away the moment Kangin was done. “Hankyung is still there, I saw him.”

“What do we do? We don’t even know what is going on,” Leeteuk said frantically.

“It doesn’t matter,” Heechul snarled. He snatched the pair of pajama pants that Kangin had grabbed for him and pulled them on. “We have to fix this.” He stormed out into the hall, where the rest of Super Junior was waiting. Several questions of what was happening were ignored as he walked to the large bath and out one of the archways into the night. There, as Kyuhyun had said, was Hankyung, suspended in mid air.

“Well could you all walk any slower?” he said, crossing his arms as if irritated. Then he smiled as the rest of Super Junior gathered behind Heechul. “Aw I see the whole motley crew is here. Well then.” The man took a deep breath as if calming himself.

Behind Heechul, Kyuhyun screamed and crumpled to the ground. Hankyung dropped from the air and landed lightly on his feet as Sungmin and Kangin immediately bent over Kyuhyun. Hankyung smirked, “Nasty thing when a Weaving is destroyed by anyone but the Weaver.” In his hand the small dagger shimmered before stretching and lengthening into a full length sword. The sword looked much like the one that Hankyung used yet instead of the warmth of gold, red and silver, it was completely black.

Immediately, Yesung held out his hand and his katana appeared. Heechul snarled and stepped forward. He grabbed the other man’s arm roughly and Yesung gave him a calm and serious stare. “It has to be done. It’s not Hankyung anymore. It is a pollution of Song that needs to be dealt with.”

“You are talking about killing him,” Heechul hissed angrily.

“Members will die Heechul. You will die. We don’t have a choice,” Yesung said sternly.

Heechul clenched his teeth and glared at him. Siwon laid his hand on Heechul’s arm. “Give me my sword Heechul. I’ll bring him back.”

Heechul nodded and created the Weaving that he could form as easy as breathing and sent it to Siwon. The man gripped his weapon and took a deep breath before springing into action. A still smirking Hankyung was ready for him and there was the sharp ringing of steal on steal as they met in the center of the moonlight clearing.

“You wouldn’t be saying the same thing if it were Ryeowook,” Heechul hissed.

“I would,” Yesung said without pause. “I would do the same.”

“How could you be so cold hearted?” Heechul snarled.

“It is what I would want,” Ryeowook said softly as he touched Heechul’s arm gently. “I would rather die than torture and kill other members, especially Yesung. Hankyung would rather die than hurt you.”

Heechul released a pained noise, but he couldn’t argue with the other man’s logic. Quickly he released Yesung’s arm and turned toward the fight between his Singers. The battle gave him something else to focus on and he put all of his attention towards creating Weavings that would help Siwon.

Tears were lining Ryeowook’s eyes as he stepped beside Yesung and reached for his free hand. He laced their fingers together and neither man said anything.

“Can’t we do something?” Eunhyuk asked.

Yesung shook his head. “No one has the power to fix what has been done to his Song. Not like that.” Eunhyuk clenched his eyes shut and buried his face in Donghae’s shoulder. The other man whimpered and Kibum pulled him closer.

“There has to be something,” Leeteuk said desperately. Kangin put his hand on Leeteuk’s shoulder and shook his head. “This is up to Heechul. There is nothing we can do.” Leeteuk bit his lip but didn’t argue.

Kyuhyun groaned and Sungmin helped him to sit up. “I’m alright,” he told them, waving Kangin off as he turned to help him. “Hankyung.”

“Fighting with Siwon,” Sungmin said softly.

Kyuhyun groaned. “My head,” he sighed for a moment. “Help me stand.” Sungmin nodded and helped him climb to his feet. His eyes, like everyone else present, fixed on the clash of the two men.

It was evident to everyone after only a few moments that Siwon was losing and badly. The simple fact that he was trying his hardest not to seriously hurt Hankyung was crippling him. The other man laughed as their blades locked, pushing against one another. “What is wrong, Siwon? Don’t you want to gut me for hurting Heechul like that?” he taunted. “How about for sleeping with him? It’s dirty isn’t it? A sin? Don’t you think I deserve divine punishment for that?” Still Siwon said nothing. Instead he leapt backwards and resettled his grip before leaping back in for another attack.

“Siwon,” Hankyung’s voice began again. Then it shifted and when Siwon looked up to meet his eyes, they were wide and full of fear.

“Hankyung?” he asked, hoping desperately.

“Siwon, kill me. Please.”

Character Information

AN: *weaves a shield around herself* Please don't kill me! Remember I am a sap for happy endings! Just to clarify before anyone gets ideas, this was planned long before Hankyung's lawsuit and has nothing to do with that (I just didn't want anyone to think that I feel like he is betraying the group or anything with what is going on in real life.) Now what I am really curious on is did anyone see this coming or were you all just as surprised as Heechul? I have been dropping hints the whole way. ^_^

Since I have never shown you formally, here is the art work for Kyujong daggers. He uses the Spring Envy Dagger. I've also updated the character information sheet so that it has everyone's weapons on it even some that I haven't really described in detail.

Now what you all seemed excited about, I have the first soundtrack for you! It turned out to be 23 tracks from the 20 chapters you have read so far. Most of them are in mp3 format but four of them are in the format that itunes rips cds into (I believe it is m4a or something like that.) If this is going to be an issue for anyone let me know and I can see what I can do about it. I gave each track a creative name that should help you pick out where in the story it fits. The tracks themselves are all in order of appearance. I have changed the information on them in itunes so that they show both my created title and then a dash and the real title. I left the artist the same so that you would all know who you were listening too.

That isn't all. I whipped out my photoshop today and spent the day creating stuff to go with this little thing. In the folder you will find a album cover (which hopefully stays as the album artwork for the soundtrack like I told it too), as well as the full color booklet that would be found in a CD. It lists the song as I have titled it and then the original title and artist. Under that is the verse that the song was used for. Under that you will find lyrics to the song. If the song was originally in a different language I found a translation of it into English for you and that is what you have. If there are no lyrics then the song is simply instrumental. I looked up the dimensions for a CD cover and that is what I found so if anyone decides to print it out it should fit in a normal case.

Most of the songs have lyrics that I felt were fitting at the time, or that inspired the scenes in the first place. Some of them, however, (I mainly thinking of track 22) were used simply for the sound and not for the lyrics. I hope you enjoy them. Let me know what you think. ^_^
