Wow! Helluva workout--I'm sure you're sore as hell, but the working workout is the best kind of workout there is, and I'm quite jealous. And it's great that you're still good in the saddle.

MMM. Mediterrainian.

I'm thrilled that my joints aren't hurting. That's my goal lately -- to push myself as far as possible and stop just short of my elbows acting up. So far, so good!

Dirt pudding?

And yay for being an advanced intermediate. Nice to know that your muscles still remember the moves, even if they haven't made them in far too long.

It's essentially vanilla pudding with crushed Oreo mixed in. Like cookies-n-cream ice cream, but with pudding.

Like heroin, it is positively addictive and will probably kill you if you ingest too much of it.

But what a way to go! =D

The funny thing is that my muscles don't really remember anything. I never did dressage before. But apparently I have a good seat. Who knew!

Nothing for it but to skip a day and then go do it again, LOL!

We switched doctors cuz we moved, and we (hubby and I) went in for the baseline how-dee-dooz. He asks me, "What do you do for exercise"? I am a big fat girl, so obviously, I need to exercise. I tell him, "I belly dance about twice a week and ride horses twice a week, too." He totally discounts the horse back riding and tells me to up my exercising,...

I love how no one thinks that horse back riding is exercising, cuz, you know, the horse does allll the work!

Also, it's after Pennsic, can we tawk sewin' commissions? I'm still interested in Ottoman garb,...

... and it sounds like you're enjoying it. I'd envy you the work and the horse riding (not exercise my fat rump!), but I'm getting some, between work and cycling.

The riding itself might've been a bit much for one day, but you'll get to that level, probablly sooner than you think.
