Easiest solution? Maybe see if Rachel and some of her girlfriends have stuff they'd like to do while you're gone.

Lisa started hanging out with a group of girlfriends on nights where a bunch of us are getting together for hockey or 40k, and it's actually worked out really well. I don't feel guilty about doing something that I enjoy but she doesn't, and vice versa.
