When I watched the news this morning they showed lots of people throwing beans at shrines and temples and I just went "No, not AGAIN!", because last year it was really the same. A few days before I still remembered that it would happen on February 3rd and on the very day I'd sleep in

Asakusa is starting to feel like home to me, as I have stayed in hotels there several times, and of course gone to Senso-ji on every trip! And now I know that next time I have to check every senbei shop [I love them anyway] and find this one so I can get a pack with a Takki picture!

You know he once said that he has a drawer full of senbeis!

About Nikki: he grows on you, doesn't he. I love actors like that, relaxed and cheerful, able to ad-lib jokes. And thanks for the song, it's nice.

I actually thought at first that the pack on the right had Takki on it, because of the hair and the glasses. But looking closer I see it is Yamapi, as the cheekbones are wider than Takki's. So I will not be posting it after all (sigh) but thanks anyway!

Ahh did Tackey-ji dance? I totally missed it since I was half face palming. Really wish I could see Tackey Kakumei again...hope we will get a DVD of *this* year's show sometime.
