Best Meatloaf Ever

I recently found a recipe for meatloaf that I just have to share.  I am not a meatloaf fan, and I love this one.  It's a bit sweeter than a traditional meatloaf, which is probably why I like it so much

I was planning on meatloaf tonight....and since I have all these ingredients...I will try yours and see....

Ooh, yay! I actually just got finished mixing mine up for us to eat tonight. I find that if I do everything but the oven while Matthew is taking his afternoon nap, it's much less annoying to cook dinner when the time comes.

I'm going to make it this week! What size pan should I use?

I most recently made it in a 2 qt. casserole dish. I don't have a traditional loaf pan, so I make it in whatever I have available. I've also made it in an 8x8 square pan.
