Sometimes, you just have to make a cake. Sometimes, it needs to be a spice cake with peach glaze topping. I don't make the rules. I merely obey them.

Do you think it would work with rice flour? I have to make a three tier wedding cake at the end of the month and one of the layers is supposed to be Spice Cake...

I've never tried to make a cake with rice flour, so I have no idea. The cake batter is just a yellow cake with spices, so if you have a rice flour cake recipe that works, I imagine if you just added the spices to it, it would turn out just fine.
