Alas, no. Though I was looking up recipes for English muffins earlier. I'm interested in pita too, or at least a passable pizza crust.

It happens I have a proven recipe for pita bread in my archives. When I am over this miserable illness, I shall find it. I'm pretty sure which box it is in. It's nice because you can make it whole wheat. I also have a good pizza crust. If there is any interest, I can link you my recipe for "clean out the cupboard Russian Black Bread".

I have been indulging in cravings for fresh mozzarella melted onto things lately, and this this looks looks like something it would suit. I know I saw a program months ago (was it an episode of Good Eats?) where they made mozzarella at home and it was easy and cheap. Must look into that.

I am ever interested in increasing my repertoire of recipes. :)

The pizza sauce is nice because a little goes such a long way, and you can freeze it. One technique I've heard is freezing the sauce in an ice cube tray, then popping the cubes into a ziploc bag to keep in the freezer, and whenever you need sauce, take out as many cubes as you need.

I would love to try making mozzarella at home.
