so. my mom has been wanting to go watch serenity with me for a while. last week, we tried to go see it at bella botega, at 11:40am, because that's what the paper said they had a showing for. it was good. still sort of felt like a tv show, though. my one-line review is: I'm glad that they explained where the reavers came from because that bugged me before. but I had fun. and spent most of the movie with my scarf pulled up to my face. I get scared easily.
