naw pet, i'll just eventually learn how to work the effing thing. maybe i can try out that hack you mentioned the other day *s* we'll see, i'll figure it out somehow. it'll prolly end up being nothing, for the sheer fact that i'm poor, but having ideas is always handy in case money falls from the sky or sommat.
i like to think i'm still one, but i guess i really only visit when i need help and am too lame to find the answer myself. oops -_- it is fun! fighting people is great :D
have to, otherwise i can't live! quelle dommage :D but yeah. gonna try centrelink and, if i can get my resume going, i'll hand some out this week. see what happens. i've been poor before, i can be poor again.
my hair is all insanely red now too. I am the queen of the kids.
Yesterday I was in my room and I could hear someone outside asking dave for directions somewhere. He had no idea where this place was and just as this woman said "Oh, I wish I'd brought my street directory', I stuck my head out the window, threw my street directory out the window, across the roof and then dave caught it in one hand in the smoothest move ever. To which the woman exclaimed, "Oh wow! You two are wonderful! Your girlfriend with her spectaculary cute hair is simply magical." While I laughed so hard I almost fell out the window while Dave said "Oh, hell no! She's definitely not my girlfriend!" But yes! My hair is spectaculary cute :) And i'm MAGICAL! Shazam!
I saw that movie on SBS last night too. It rocked. That's all.
ummm 10th of april to the 22nd i think :D salad? :D
red hair wins at life.
ahahaha magical sarah! making street directories fall from the air with the greatest of ease! and hey, you're always spectacularly cute, so it seems fitting that your hair should match ;)
AND, AND, AND the birthday party I've decided I'm having this year! yayyyy! That'll probably be the 21st. But, you know me. I haven't come close to even thinking about planning anything yet.
oh tara, you really should. i was a tiny bit scared until i got up there and, as soon as i lifted up, it was just like i was floating. it's amazing. i became so aware of the skyline and the feel of the air around me and absolutely nothing else. so peaceful and calming, like it's just you and the world.
...and then the dude in the boat will lower you and dunk your butt in the ocean, which isn't as calming because it will cause you to get a massive wedgie, which he did warn me about, but oh well :) the rest of it is utterly beautiful.
hang-gliding is my next extreme sport to-do, but that's only coz i've always wanted to fly and i doubt there's much closer to flying than having a set of wings attached to you and jumping off a cliff *s*
I love the idea of hang-gliding, but I'm way too scared of heights to actually be able to do it. I think I'd manage para-sailing, though, simply because I'd feel safer over water, and going up would be much better than going down *g* To be honest, my biggest fear with that would probably be the fact that I'd have to wear bathers to do it ;)
i'm fine with heights so long as everything goes to plan...when i was 14, mum and i went to the states and took a trip to the seattle space needle. i was totally loving it, looking off the edges and everything, until the fire alarm went off. the fire alarm had, to everyone's knowledge, never gone off before, so noone was exactly sure what the hell was happening. meanwhile, i'm wide-eyed and terrified, assured that we're all gonna die RIGHT NOW and can someone please get me the hell out of here. nothing happened, of course *s* so heights are no problem unless something wrong starts to happen, in which case i freak right out. good times :)
the place where i want to go hang-gliding is stanwell tops, which is nearish to my parents place down the coast. that first photo is where people jump from. best of both worlds - i get to jump off a cliff, and i get to jump off over ocean. ahh, small safeties *s
