I am thankful that it's been relatively sunny for most of the day on this, the shortest day of the year.

Having a window seat on the 9th floor of a building where the sun shines right in is also quite nice.

My allergies have kicked into full force over the course of today. I don't know how I'm going to get to sleep like this. My eyes itch, my nose itches. One nostril is perpetually stuffed up. Lots of sneezing. Ears often popping.

I don't think I've ever had it this bad before.

This really sucks.

I've taken two allergy pills tonight too.

I hurt. A lot. Just about everywhere.

Dennis actually took the truck and drove himself to work this morning. I didn't want to uncurl from the little ball I was in.

My back is a mess.

My knee hurts for some reason.

One of my ribs feels bruised.

And then there's the muchly painful cramps.

I can forsee much chocolate being consumed today.
