Running While Sick

I haven't run since the 28th. And even then, I only ran 4 miles. It was a taper week. That week, my coworker came into work all coughing and harrumphing and sneezing and not sounding healthy at all. Which race is this weekend? I'm sure I could go look it up, but I'm lazy. ;)

One of my coworkers just asked the other day if I was participating in something, but I didn't catch the name of it. Wondering if it's the same one.

It's the St. Malachi Run. 2 or 5 miles. I'm doing the 5 miles. =)

My body feels pretty bad without activity, sickness/injury or no. I'm doing Wii Fit (at much lower levels and scores) to recover from this back/hip thing, and I feel a lot better when I do it than not.

I'm liking Wii Fit for balance issues, because the Step Aerobics and Marching Band games dock points if you put too much weight on one foot, and the Hula Hoop seems made for getting the hips back in motion.
