The tea was already cold when Sho gasped, looking at his guest with a bit shiny eyes and opened mouth. He was wandering if the thing he heard a while ago was true or did his imagination make a prank on him.
“You want to do what?!” Sakurai was in shock, so he didn’t even care about using proper language towards the man who was sitting in front of him.
“I thought about it a lot, after you have told me what that woman said to you. She let you go, however she didn’t think you will have no place to go. Sakurai-kun, I know you for a long time now. That’s why I decided to put you in my family register. I am sorry I asked your mother about that behind your back, but I didn’t want to give you any hope before I’ll be sure she agrees. Now everything is up to you, do you agree on my offer?”
“Ohno-sensei, I… I don’t know what to say. I…” The boy stammered and looked down, fighting with tears. Was it possible that everything will be okay now? That he will have a family, safe and warm home and a person he will share his life with? It seemed too good to be true.
“Think about it, okay? I will leave the needed documents here, if you agree, sign them.”
“Ohno-sensei, I am speechless… I don’t think I need to wonder about it any longer. I agree…” Sho smiled and looked at the man, not caring about flowing tears anymore. “I agree, Sensei!" Sho smiled and it was clearly visible that a great burden fell off his shoulders. Ohno returned the smile and took a sip of his tea.
"Cold..." He winced and sighed. "I'll settle everything so you can move to my apartment. It's not much bigger than this, but you will find a place for study and sleep."
"Sensei..." Sakurai took his guest's hand and squeezed it tightly. "Thank you."
"I should have done it long time ago. I was thinking about it for a few months now to be honest. Oh, and Sakurai-kun, you can stop calling me 'sensei'. Ohno-san is really enough."
"Then, please call me Sho..." The boy smiled and bowed, not able to express his gratitude. Late, but he will be able to find peace, happiness and family. He stood up, made some fresh, hot tea and both of them were talking about the details for a while longer. It was settled that Sho will move in to the doctor's apartment in a week, after all formalities will be done.
"I have to find a job... I don't want to be a burden for you and..."
"You won't be, believe me. But indeed, a part-time job is a good idea. Remember that you will have to study for the exams next year."
"Exams?"
"Didn't I tell you? It's my only condition. You will go to university next year. Choose a faculty which you like and try to study hard to get accepted… I don't think it's that much to expect, right?"
"No, of course not, but... It is expensive and... I don’t think I’ll manage, I wasn’t that good at school and…"
"What are you talking about? You were the best in school! And no need to worry about the money. You have great grades so you will receive scholarship and if not - I'll manage. You deserve a chance that was never given to you, neither by your friends, nor by your mother." Ohno smiled and looked at his watch. With loud gasp he excused himself and left happy Sho alone. The boy still couldn't believe his luck. After all he went through, standing on the edge of adulthood he found a person who will become his family. Sakurai was so overwhelmed that he wanted to call Masaki and share the news, but he remembered that the younger boy had an appointment with orthopedist and some test, so he decided to take a walk. He felt that nothing and nobody will spoil this day. This was one of the happiest days in his entire life along with the one he met Masaki.
The boy took a deep breath and looked around, trying to find some nice place he could go to, but nothing was coming to his mind. So even though the cold wind was hitting his face, he walked around the neighborhood without particular destination. On the way he started to wonder what happened with Kumiko... Why she decided to let him go right now? And then Ohno offered him an adoption out of nowhere. This is too weird to be considered as a simple coincidence... Could it be? Did Satoshi talk with his mother? But why? The fact that the woman suddenly started to love her son was out of question. Sho shook he head, deciding not to think about it anymore. Without noticing he came back to his apartment and bumped on Aiba in front of the door.
"Masaki! Did you wait long?" Sakurai smiled and opened the door, letting his boyfriend inside.
"No, I just came. I didn't even manage to knock." The taller boy giggled and after taking off his shoes and coat he sat at the table.
"I'll make some tea, it's freezing outside." Sho smiled even wider and started to hum some sweet love song.
"Sho-chan, did something happen?" Aiba asked a bit worried.
"No, I'm fine... I have big news!" The older boy told everything about the doctor’s offer and the future that awaits him. He didn’t even try to hide how excited he was and what plans he had. The latter smiled and hugged his boyfriend so tight he couldn’t breathe.
“So that means you will stay in Tokyo?” Masaki seemed to be confused.
“Yes, at least for a year. Ohno-sensei gave me a condition… I have to go to the university next year. He said I can pick whatever I want, without worrying about the costs…” Sho sighed and sat on the chair. “I don’t want to cause him any troubles; he already had done so much for me… I need to work hard so I can get a scholarship.”
“Sho-chan… You know what that means?!” Aiba suddenly became very excited. “We will start the university at the same time! We can go to the same school! And even live in one apartment!” The younger one clapped his hands and jumped, acting as a child who just found out that his parents will take him to Disney World for a whole week. Nothing could stop the words’ flow, when the younger boy started to plan their future together. Sakurai giggled, sighing in the end. It was a nice perspective but somewhere in the back of his head a quiet voice was reminding him about Kumiko. Is she alive? Probably yes, in other case Tanaka-sensei would call him already. She could escape, but he would know about that too…
“I should forget about her, ne?” The older boy said out of sudden but Masaki seemed to understand him very well.
“No, you shouldn’t. I mean, you should focus on your studies and job hunting now, but I think that you also should remember about your past. So you won’t let it happen again…” Aiba moved closer and gently hugged the latter. “I will be with you no matter what…”
“I love you Masaki…” Sakurai looked at his boyfriend and smiled warmly. As a reply he received a loving kiss, which was heated after a while. “Masaki?”
“Yes?”
“You didn’t tell me about your visit at the orthopedist… How is your leg?”
“You seriously want to talk about it now?” Aiba whispered in his lips and kissed him again, this time showing that he wants something more than just a plain kiss. The older one understood it without any words and picked the latter up, taking him to the bedroom and laying him on the bed.
“Masaki, I want to be close to you… Real close…” Sho whispered somehow sad, even though he didn’t want it to sound that way.
“But?”
“No, no buts…” The older one shook his head and smiled. “I just want to be close.” His voice was no louder than a whisper and before the other one managed to say a word, their lips were joined in passionate kiss. Bit by bit their clothes landed on the floor and two pairs of hands were exploring the bodies with insatiable hunger.
“Sho-chan…” Aiba mumbled, looking at the latter. “I love you.”
“I know… I love you too. Very much. So damn much…” Without wasting much more time Sho made the latter lay on his stomach and crawled on him, practically pinning him to the bed. He really wanted to be close, to become one.
"Sho... It hurts... I can't breathe..." Masaki gasped and tried to move, but the older boy didn't move for a longer while, kissing, licking and sucking Aiba's birth-marked shoulder.
"Just let me... a bit more..." Sakurai whispered and started to rock his hips, rubbing his awakening member against his lover's butt. With passing time he pressed harder, making the younger boy's erection brush against the sheets. Masaki moaned, grabbing the pillow and his breath became shallower. Too soon for their both likings the older boy moved away, breathing fast and he reached for the lube.
"Stay like this..." Sho whispered and ignoring his boyfriend's loud whining. The familiar click filled the air and Sakurai poured the cold liquid straight on Aiba's ass, smearing it around. Before the latter could react in any way, Sho pressed his finger to the pink ring of muscles spreading the lube even more. The taller boy lifted his hips up, giving the latter more space to move and in a way asking him to do more, but Sakurai pushed him back down.
"I told you not to move... Relax... Yeah, that's it..." The older one smiled while pushing one finger inside the tight hole. Aiba whimpered and knocked his teeth in the pillow, letting muffled moans out of his lungs. Meanwhile the shorter boy kept preparing his boyfriend to the act, not stretching him too much at the same time. When he felt that the walls are not clenching around his fingers he pulled them out and using some lube that left on Masaki's butt-cheeks he moistened his already leaking member.
"Ready?"
"Yes, I'm..." Aiba couldn't finish the sentence because he felt Sho going inside him in slow move. Neither of them said another word when Sakurai started his thrusts in steady pace, burying himself as deep as he could. Loud moans mixed with their hot breaths were only sounds audible in the room for a longer while when both of them were slowly reaching their climax.
"Sho, I... can't... hold… anymore…" Masaki whispered, holding the pillow tighter and feeling the warm sheets brushing his rock hard, leaking member.
"Then let go... Masaki..." Sho moaned and speeded up, trying to hit the right spot as often as possible, not being far from crossing the edge himself. Aiba nodded and moved his hips few times, staining the bed with his semen afterwards and straining his muscles.

Later Sakurai managed to even his breath and he fell on the bed, leaving more space for breathless and shivering Aiba. Masaki slowly moved closer to his boyfriend and cuddled, sweetly tired. For a longer while neither of them uttered a word, enjoying the closeness.
"Was it close enough for you?" The younger one asked, smiling and looked at Sho, whose eyes were closed. The older boy nodded and smiled, not saying a thing or even looking at the latter. He was feeling overwhelming happiness at the moment, having beloved one by his side and great perspectives. No words were needed. Soon he fell in Morpheus embrace, seeing for the last time Kumiko's face under his eyelids.
