This time had to come sooner or later, but that didn't make Sho feel any better or calmer. He received a phone call from his boss and now he had to go to Ninomiya's place again to talk about his editions to his latest novel. Apparently there was something wrong with it and since the writer demanded his exclusiveness, Sakurai didn't have any other choice but to do it. However this was the first time when he has to leave Masaki alone in his house. The boy seemed to feel comfortable in this apartment but he has never been left alone for longer than fifteen minutes when the editor had to do some groceries. Now Sho has to go at least for few hours...

"Masaki, can we talk for a while?" The older man smiled and looked at the latter who put down his book and frowned, looking a bit scared of what he may hear. "I have to leave..."

"No!" Masaki shouted. He recently learned to express himself through words, even though it were just simple sentences containing no more than two words. Sakurai sighed and closed his eyes. How long Masaki was in his house already? It seemed that the boy was with him forever already and the editor couldn't imagine his life without him anymore. It's funny how easy a person can get used to somebody's presence. But even though the younger one wanted Sho to stay at home all the time, he had to earn money for food and bills...

"Masaki, I will be back. I just have to go and pick up a new script and I will be back before you even notice I'm gone."

"No! No!" The taller one shook his head and grabbed the editor's hand, pulling him closer and hugging him tight. It was more than visible that Masaki won't let him go any time soon and the clock was ticking. Ninomiya wasn't a person who liked to wait and for sure he will make stupid teasing which Sakurai hated so much... That was it. The editor has to teach the latter how to be grown up and being sixteen years old is a very good time to do it. Ignoring the loud whines that came from the younger's throat Sho freed himself from tight embrace and took the other's face in his hands.

"Masaki, I have to go to work. I do most of my job here at home but there are times I need to go. That's why you should be a good boy and wait for me here. I made you sandwiches in case you get hungry. I will be back as soon as possible, but please know that it will take a few hours for sure." Without thinking what he is doing, Sho placed a soft kiss on the latter's forehead and left quickly, before Masaki will even think about making a scene. He locked the door and rushed to his car, heading to the writer's house as fast and as safe as he could. All he could think about was the boy's sad face when he was leaving and if he is okay. Sakurai wished to push the time to run faster, just to do what he has to do quickly and go back home.

"This is fucked up... He is not a kid and... Shit..." The editor cursed and stopped on the side of the road, trying to calm down. He was torn and didn't know what to do. On one hand he has to go to the writer's house to talk about his work but on the other... Sakurai was worried about Masaki. It wasn't only because he was his legal guardian and he was afraid of the consequences if something bad happens to the boy. Sho got attached to him and developed warm feelings towards him. He couldn't imagine his life without that boy and even though the younger one still tried to touch him in not proper way from time to time, the editor managed to handle it. However, the fact that right now he was worrying sick about the other one scared him a bit. Was it only a simple care for him or was it already an addiction to him? The editor shook his head to chase those thoughts away and drove off, cursing himself for wasting time for silly things.

"Finally! I thought you won't come..." Ninomiya whined and sighed, sitting on the floor in the living room. He pushed a glass with ice tea towards the taller man and leaned back against the couch. "We need to talk."

"Yes, so I've heard Ninomiya-san..." Sakurai bowed gently and sat in front of the writer, taking a sip from the glass and taking out the papers right away. "I also heard there is something wrong with my corrections..."

"Well... Yes and no." Kazunari smirked and leaned forward, to look at the man in front of him. "They are very good as usual... And that's the problem..."

"I don't understand..."

"Your comments... They are very apt. In fact I started to think I am losing my talent and that what made me mad. Yes, I am mad at you Sakurai-san..." Ninomiya pouted and stayed like that until the latter spoke.

"I'm sorry...?" Sho was confused. What was the meaning of this? For the longer while neither of them said a word when finally the unbearable silence was broken by the writer.

"Nobody made me this mad before... That's why I want to thank you. And... I think you will accept this." Kazunari took out the big, thick brown envelope and handed it to the latter, waiting for his reaction impatiently. The editor frowned and opened it to find a script, ready to be print out. He had hundreds of those in his hands before, but this one was different than any other before. On the first page he could read his own name, written next to the author's, with the same font. It was the same novel he corrected not so long ago.

"I don't understand..." The editor repeated, looking dumbly on the script in his hand and then at the other man. What Ninomiya wanted to achieve with this?!

"You don't have to understand, just tell me do you agree. Unfortunately I can't print this out without your permission if I want to add you as co-author... Stupid law..."

"I am grateful, but I can't accept this, all I did is my job as an editor. Nothing more... I didn't create the story, the characters... My name in the usual place is enough." Sakurai gave the novel back to the writer and took big gulp of the tea, trying to calm down and set his thoughts on the right course.

"Your work is more than just a job. You taught me few new things, Sho-kun. If you won't accept this then I will have to talk to your boss. I believe he will..."

"Why are you doing this? I am just a mere editor, there are a lot of people who are way better in this job than me. I will be really grateful if you just accept this and stop talking about exclusiveness. With all due respect but please stop putting pressure on me..." The editor took a deep breath to push away the anger that crawled up to his throat. He slowly was getting enough of the obligations that fate threw at him; first Masaki and now such silly responsibility as being the only person who works with the bestselling writer and endures his whims. Without letting the latter reply in any way, Sakurai got up, excused himself, rushed towards his car and drove off with squealing tires. Things started to suffocate him, he needed the air and peace right now. Sho didn't think about it like that; he didn't know that he was so crushed and tired with all of this until now. Before he only had to take care of himself, not paying attention on eating properly and staying healthy, but he could have time for himself. He could drink a beer and watch some variety shows till late, sitting on his couch. Right now the boy took fifty per cent of his attention and the other fifty was consumed by his work. Even when his friend came to his house recently, he didn't think about anything else but Masaki. But was it really a burden? After thinking it over again, Sho didn't feel that way at all. The younger boy was making his everyday life brighter with his smile, he also helped him in house works and showed his devotion. Maybe the way he was expressing it wasn't the luckiest one but...

"You're thinking too much Sakurai..." The editor whispered to himself and took a deep breath before stepping inside his apartment. As soon as he got inside, he felt that something was wrong. It was way too quiet than it should be but maybe the younger one was sleeping? Quietly Sho opened the door to the bedroom and gasped, seeing empty bed. For a while he thought that Masaki is in bathroom, so he waited a bit but when nothing happened, he just called out his name. Sakurai's heart seemed to stop, when he searched each and every room in his tiny apartment without any luck. The boy was gone.

"Where did you go, Masaki..." The editor whispered to empty walls and looked around once more, this time looking for any clues which could tell him where the younger one can be. Sho found a letter on the kitchen table, lying under an apple.

Alone.
Bad.
Masaki leave.
Guardian better without.

"I told you I will be back..." Sakurai said, staring at the piece of paper and without wasting any more time he ran out the building with strong determination to find the teenager no matter what. Sho didn't even know whether he is going in the right way but he decided to go where his hunch lead him. With passing time it became colder and strong wind hit the editors face but even big, cold drops didn't stop him from searching. For the whole time the boy was under Sakurai's custody they didn't go out much, mostly because Masaki didn't like strangers staring at him. There were only two or three places where they went together, when the older one tried to help the teenager adjust to the surroundings of a big city. There were no traces of the taller one in two of them, so Sho decided to check the last one - the park that was quite near his building. By the time he reached the place, the rain was pouring and shy thunders could be heard from time to time.

"Just please, be there... Please..." The editor was repeating like a prayer, when his eyes were trying to catch even a glimpse of a familiar silhouette. From time to time he had to wipe his eyes just to see better in the rain. The louder the thunders became, the more worried Sakurai was. He knew very well that the boy is afraid of the storm and now is sitting somewhere alone, wet and cold...

"Masaki!!!" Sho shouted, losing hope he will find the one he was looking for and then... The editor noticed a small figure, curled up under the tree, clinging to the old coat and crying. Sakurai exhaled all the air he had in his lungs with relief and rushed to the boy, crouching next to him.

"You know it is not safe to hide under a tree during storm?" The editor asked gently and as a reply he received a very tight embrace from the latter. The teenager was shivering probably from both cold and fear and the older man cursed himself in his mind that he didn't take his car. Without wasting any more time, he grabbed the taller one's hand and dashed to the apartment, making sure the other is following. Sho didn't stop in genkan, running to the bathroom and after fighting with the latter's clothes he pushed him under hot shower.

"Stay here until you feel warm, ok? I will make you hot tea."

"G-guardian?" Masaki said with trembling voice, moving a bit back to make more room under shower. Sakurai frowned, hesitating. He indeed felt cold and could use a hot shower, but at the same time he was afraid. Knowing what the teenager tried to do before, standing naked together under shower wasn't that good idea. "Masaki behave... Promise!" The boy rose up his pinky and smiled.

"I am feeling cold...." Sho mumbled and started to take off his wet clothes and when he was naked, he slid under the streams of hot water. The teenager moved closer, just so he could warm up himself as well, but at the same time he kept distance between them. Masaki also had his eyes closed, so the editor could feel more at ease. Sakurai smiled and let the latter stay this way, feeling all the worry and stress is washed off by the water. For the whole time the younger one had his eyes closed, even when the editor told him it's okay to watch. After the shower Sho made the promised tea and both of them sat on the floor in the living room, drinking steaming liquid in silence. The older one didn't know if he should scold the latter or maybe just tell him he is happy he is back? Instead of that he whispered how awful guardian he is and when the teenager nodded, he couldn't help but laugh.

"You won't even try to deny just to make me feel better? Great, now I have a feeling I am really terrible..." Sakurai smiled bitterly and sighed.

"Not bad. Different." Masaki said firmly yet quietly. The editor looked at the boy and frowned a bit. Maybe this was the best time to ask few questions about his past? But when he was about to say something, the latter yawned cutely and rubbed his eyes so Sho decided to leave it for later.

"Come on, get some sleep. I need to work a bit." The older one lied, knowing that if he told the truth about having time off now the other one would want to stay with him and right now the editor could use some time for himself. Ignoring the big pout on Masaki's face he practically pushed him all the way to bedroom and when the taller one was lying under blanket, the older one sat on the edge of the bed.

"Don't run away anymore, okay?" Sakurai said sadly and sighed. Just now he felt that huge weight was taken off his chest and he can breathe normally again. He felt Masaki's hand on his thigh and held his breath. He knew well that he should oppose, that he should push the latter away but at the same time some quite loud voice in his head told him this can be a way to understand the boy better. Maybe he will just... touch him and nothing will really happen? Not that Sho believed in this...

"Masaki, why do you keep doing this? I am not mad or anything, but this is wrong."

"Let Masaki... Let Masaki please..." The teenager said with pleading voice and without giving Sakurai a chance to even think about resisting, he pushed the editor on bed and kept touching his thigh. The older one bit his lower lip and struggled with his thoughts and guilt. How he can allow on this? This stopped looking innocent when Masaki's fingers moved higher and opened the robe Sho had still on. The editor frowned and looked down at the latter, feeling like each touch burns his skin. It wasn't painful though. It was bringing long forgotten warmth which was cumulating in his abdomen, spreading to his awakening member. Sakurai knew very well how bad and sinful it is but when Masaki leaned and licked the tip of hardening erection nothing else mattered. Sho closed his eyes tight, clenching his fists on the blanked underneath him. He wanted the teenager to continue and at the same time he still heard his conscience screaming that this is wrong, that this is even worse than incest but the editor drowned out the yell with his moans. Soon he felt a tight vacuum around his member, he was swallowed deeper until he hit the back of boy's throat. Just then he opened his eyes and looked down, seeing Masaki's brown lakes staring back at him while doing miracles wit his tongue and lips. This sight made his climax crawl closer and he had to hold his breath not to explode right this second. He just wanted it to last even a tiny bit longer but he failed, crossing the edge soon. Sakurai tried to catch his breath while letting quiet moans leave his throat when the teenager was licking him clean.

"What have I done..." Sho whispered, suddenly feeling filthy. He was cursing silently, with each passing second getting madder at himself. What was he thinking? In what way this was supposed to show him anything about the boy's past?! Only thing he knew right now was the fact that the latter was real good at doing blowjobs. The younger one fixed the older one's robe and cuddles to his side, smiling and sighing. He seemed to be happy and... relieved? Sakurai wanted to apologize, but he couldn't utter any word, guilt squeezing his throat now. Instead he hugged the teenager and gasped when he felt him trembling.

"Masaki?" Sho sat up and pushed the boy away to be able to look at him. "You're crying? I... I am sorry, I..." The editor frowned and touched the latter's cheeks, wiping away his tears. The younger one shook his head and smiled.

"Happy..." This word that came out from Masaki's mouth scared the older one even more.

"What did they do to you?"
