Client had a missed limo pick up back in September and got a free transfer certificate from the limo company. Since the missed pick up was a sedan, the certificate was for a sedan

I swear, every one of these posts makes me so glad that I noped out of travel coordination for work. (Ladyboss was at one point convinced, ABSOLUTELY CONVINCED, that Harvard University was in Connecticut. And insisted that travel be booked to the Hartford airport. I was not there for the incident but I have Heard Stories.)
