As too many of yourfics, this one doesn't really need any knowledge of the fandom to make it work (although I imagine it makes it even better), because what Claudia's feeling and facing and, hopefully, accepting is something that can happen to any human. In some departments, we're all good at denial until we have to give it up.

Great use of the prompt(s).

Thanks! Warehouse 13 is a show with a lot of potential. I'm glad I re-discovered the femslash100 comm before the end of the Drabble-a-Day project. Fandom NEEDS more femslash and Warehouse certainly has some good subtext there. (Barely subtext in the case of Myka and HG.)

I hadn't thought about Claudia's view of Myka/Helena from a Claudia/Myka perspective, but I can see a reinterpretation of the scene where she claims to be upset about having to "destroy" H.G. as a cover for the type of realization in your drabble. Interesting!

That is a LOT of loss in a short time. *pets Claudia*

Thanks! I love Claudia more than I thought I ever would during her first episode when I was just like....NO!

Now, she's probably my favorite character, and I still ship her with Artie as an OTP, however I thinks she's so emotionally vulnerable that she's capable of latching on to almost anyone and getting hurt in the process.

Absolutely, I agree.

And I have come to like her much more than I did in the first ep, too. It took me until the second season, I think, but I love her now and I wouldn't want the show to be without her.

Yeah I did :D, took me a while but I eventually got around to watch it.
And I love it (although all the heartbreak in season 2 and 3 between HG and Myka uh... makes me tear up every time I think about it).

Glad to be of service! As damigella_314 says, one doesn't need to know the fandom to like this (I certainly don't know it). You've captured a lot of emotion in those 100 words.

Well done!

Thanks! Warehouse is one of the few shows where I'm actually wondering what the hell will happen when they come back for the next season.
