Wow, Sam's sure obsessed with climate change, eh? Poor worrisome lad. *pets him*

Nice job coming at that familiar theme from those two different takes on the prompts - too hot, too cold, but this bloody gorgeous cop and his Cortina bowl of porridge is just right. *g*

And because I know you're a stickler about these things:

Sam is actually hoping that don’t catch the two purse-snatchers right way - you probably meant "hoping they don't catch"? Also not sure if "ME" (medical examiner, yes?) is part of the British parlance or not, so might be worth looking up.

Thanks for the catches. Will fix. I wrote the two drabbles a week apart, but I could see Sam stuck in those extremes of cold, stuck with the knowledge that he can't share about what it all means. I will check on ME, for future drabbles over the course of the year.
