Just had a call that I have to share. If only so other can share in the mind-numbing wtfness of the exchange.
Customer just registered a domain through us, and I was helping him set up the NS records using the tools on our support site.
Me: "Do you know the IP address of your web host?"
Him: "Yes, it does."
Me: *pause, mute mic* "Guh?!"
