So today the Olympics begin, and I embark on my own Olympic challenge!

you know... i have no problems with fasting. for religious reasons, for personal reasons, for health reasons, i think it can be an interesting exercise in self control and willpower and so long as it is done safely (with proper fluid intake and such) i'm really not going to say anything about it ( Read more... )
