Story quality, etc...
So today I went through my story alerts on FF.net. Man, I had some really old alerts on there...incomplete stuff that hadn't updated since 2007, even. Yeah - needless to say, those got deleted.
Some of them hurt to delete, though, because they were really well written. But there's no point in having them clogging up my alerts page if they're never ( Read more... ) -

The Plan
I want to create my own country on a big island in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. Only the people I like will be allowed to live on it, and I will be the supreme leader. The rules and laws will make sense, and it will be safe from zombies. -

Writer's Block: It Sounds Better When You Say It
I took Japanese my freshman year in HS, so inevitably, some phrases stuck. Here are two examples:
Friend: Hey, I like food!
Me: Watashi mo!
Friend: ...?
Me: Oh, oops, I mean me too!
(Watashi mo is like saying 'me too', but more like 'me also'. To me, 'me too' sounds awkward.)
And
Me: Ikimasu yo!
