I'm not normally very excited or interested in live music, especially with more famous bands. Why pay over 100 dollars for a three-hour Radiohead concert when I can spend the same amount and get every Radiohead album and listen to them whenever I want? Sure, part of it's the atmosphere and the volume, seeing other fans, seeing what the musicians

i have a hard time deciding what bands i'd spend money to see live. i'm seeing madonna, because her shows are so visual. she's very distant from her audience, but it actually keeps the audience wanting more. it works. then, there's ben and i just love seeing him live, because it's just fun. rufus, i see, simply for his comments and stories. ben lee is someone i love seeing live. he jumped down off the stage with his guitar and kept playing and singing for his last song, just in the audience.

i get a bit retarded for celebrities in terms of nerves, but, for some reason, my mouth still works rather well. although after meeting ben folds the first time, i cried. thankfully, he didn't see that.
