Home from the commute day, spent a full day at the office, but arrived early (to accommodate B) so I left early. So many meetings, no time for a lunch break -- had a working lunch -- and no time for a walk break. Well, I should be able to run 3 or 4 miles tomorrow, hopefully first thing in the morning. Wow, I haven't seen so many other commuters in a couple months at least. But it was a Wednesday, which is the most popular commute day, and the holidays are over, and last week's snow days are over, and we're into the new pay year for feds so all the "use or lose" leave is over, so -- bam! I didn't wake early enough to lift this morning, but that's OK, it means I slept well :-)

I'll do a walk break at the office. Tomorrow morning I'll stretch and then decide between running and lifting before I head downtown.

Now I'll get ready for my commute, and then I'm off for five days!
