Because the die-hard Trump fanboys would shoult "They took our jobs vote!". - And this may result in something which is way, WAY more worse than what took place on Capitol Hill... If not wanting to say, Capitol Hill was just a walk in the park compared to that.
(And, what you have to admit about their calls about a manipulated election - who can tell for real if this didn't take place? Never took place? Or doesn't take place every time in every important election in the US? (Also congress elections and that.))
