Hm... That last part, I think I feel that a bit.

There once was an identity that my brain felt somewhat fulfilled with for an amount of time because it, once in a lifetime, gave it reflection and a feeling of being part of something. Being not "the only one".
Some part of "me" comes back to that every now and then, but meanwhile only as kind of "root". As something that has shaped.
The best and most suitable word to describe me that I have found over time now and that has stayed for a longer time episode now is "soldier". As all-embracing and vague that may be in my inner definition...
...Overall, the direction didn't really change, regarding both, and that's what I also expect the future to be like - to not change in a fundamental manner from the path that lays stretched out in front of you, if you know the whole story.
For example, I don't expect to turn into someone begging to acquire a conventional family of one's own. If that train didn't catch me until now, it sure is not going to do so in the coming years.
