As I did last Saturday?, I'm going to fast today and focus early on butt toys and then to bed early -- my GERD means I can't lie down for two hours after eating, and butt play requires an empty butt anyway, so fasting and butt play are the perfect Saturday combo. Taking a complete break from the stretches, walking, yoga, etc., today is a rest day
