I read somewhere that adding a habit to other, more engrained habits, makes it easy to remember. For instance, every day you wake up, urinate, brush your teeth, and then you meditate before getting dressed (or after, whatever). In other words, you make it part of your routine. Me? If I wanted to remember, I would put a piece of tape on my toothbrush that says "meditate" and leave it there for a few weeks until I didn't need it anymore.
