20 miles!

I woke at 5 a.m., hoping to beat the heat. I got in about 15 miles before the heat arrived. Those first 15 miles I averaged about 11 minutes per mile, but the last 5 miles I averaged about 13 minutes per mile as I slowed down to avoid getting sick. Congratulations! As for myself, I went kayaking this morning with a pal, then shopped for a new phone because I managed to lose mine last night. Unfortunately, I'll have to pay full retail, so I'm assessing my options.

Good job! And yes, it was/is pretty humid out there today. Good start to the "summer season" but still rough to adjust to when out exercising. :D

I guess with marathon training there is no way to confine your training within just one season ;-)
