i absolutely love wayside waifs, can't you call them, or any other no kill shelters in KC (i think you can find them if you google it) and either take them in or have them pick up the animals? it might be your best bet, i'm just putting this out there because i saw you didn't have any responses to this post or the other one. good luck to you, and it's great you are taking action on this!!
