So. I'm having to open for the regular switchboard girl because she took all but one day off this week for "FINALS". and probably the fact she is moving to a new place. I understand that finals are important, but did she need to take a week off? i dunno ( Read more... )

I got yelled at by my assistant manager because I haven't been able to finish baskets. WELL GOD DAMN IT IS ONLY ME TO DO THE RETURNS, OVERSTOCK, ZONING, ECT. On saturday, she goes "michelle what are you working on?" I told her baskets and she yelled at me "YOU ARE NOT TO CLOCK OUT UNLESS ALL THESE BASKETS ARE GONE, AND IF THEY ARE NOT BY THE TIME YOUR SHIFT IS OVER, THEN YOU HAVE TO STAY TILL THEY ARE DONE" I went to the bathroom and cried for about 45 minutes then put in a transfer request for the wal mart on 4th and frankfort. FUCK THEM >=(

I need a raise if they want me to do the work of three people or need some sort of praise for my hard work, it hurts when you try your hardest, and it's not good enough. It sucks even more when they tell you this.

that's pretty retarded. I'm not sure why people think that one person can do the job of three people and stay mentally stable. I thought I was going to just flat out explode last week.

Also, WOULD YOU LIKE TO BE A CASHIER AT SCOGGIN DICKEY THEY ARE HIRING LOL AND PLEASE STAY XD

I'd be really interested =D!!!! I'm pretty good at staying at jobs so I'm pretty sure I won't leave and what sort of hours? it's a car lot so I'm guessing nothing past 8:30 which is nice ._. working till 10 or 11 is balls

yeah the latest I've ever worked is 7. It's not bad. and I could use someone who I can actually talk to. XD

Like I told Nielle there should be an ad in the paper for the cashier, at least. It's not really hard work, its just steady flow and usually keeps ya busy. but yeah the part I work at closes at 6:30 and there is the 7-4 schedule, too. AFAIK they haven't hired anyone yet, they've just got a temp there until we hire someone.

Should be hiring you at 7-8 (not sure right now. lol. it seems to differ)
